RALEIGH, N.C. (PRWEB) December 22, 2006 -- Wakefield Development Company, the Triangle's largest residential developer, continues to sell homes and open new communities throughout the state. Wakefield Development Company's third quarter sales were released last week.
Wakefield Development Company's third-quarter sales resulted in a sales volume of $66.6 million thanks to Bedford at Falls River, which sold 89 homes for nearly $29 million, and Wakefield Plantation, with 52 homes sold for nearly $20 million.
Mackintosh on the Lake in Burlington continued its success when it opened the residents club and reached the 100th home sold. Mackintosh sold 21 homes for nearly $9.8 million in the third-quarter.
Eagle Ridge, Wakefield Development Company's golf course community in Garner, sold 19 homes for $5.4 million while Edgewater in eastern Wake County sold 9 homes for $2.4 million.
