Three Companies Win Best of Show Awards at CompTIA Channel Summit
The Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA), the leading trade association for the world’s information technology industry, has recognized three companies for their efforts in product development and channel strategies.

CompTIA announced today that itControl Solutions, Inc., Objectworld™ Communications Corp., and Xerox Corporation received Best of Show awards at the CompTIA Channel Summit in Coronado, Calif. Award winners were chosen by the votes of more than 80 VIP technology resellers and solution providers who attended the conference in May.

itControl Solutions of Toronto won three awards for its itControl Suite solution, an automated managed services system that simplifies the management and service of computing environments. The company claimed the awards for Best Hardware Product, Best Solutions Sales Strategy and Best Channel Strategy.
Objectworld of Ottawa, Canada, is a provider of unified communications software solutions that enable small- and medium-sized businesses with Microsoft® Windows® platforms to drive workforce productivity and improve organizational responsiveness. The company won three awards: overall Best of Show, Best Software Product and Best Presentation.

The 2008 CompTIA Channel Summit brought together senior-level channel executives from leading technology manufacturers, resellers, integrators, managed services providers, systems builders, and solution providers to discuss issues affecting the IT industry.
