Nationally-recognized web design firm PINT, Inc. announces new website presence for Wisconsin-based Kaytee Products, Inc. In it's 140-year history, Kaytee has become one of the largest marketers and producers of food for pet birds, wild birds, and small animals.
San Diego (PRWEB) November 13, 2008 -- Combining the rich, 140-year history of Kaytee Products, Inc. with innovative Web 2.0 features, the new website www.kaytee.com is designed to bring together people that love wild birds, pet birds, and small pets in an interactive online community.
The new site showcases galleries featuring pet photos and videos uploaded by site users. Discussion forums, an e-newsletter, and the company blog allow pet owners to learn from Kaytee nutritionists, veterinarians, behaviorists, and enthusiasts. The site also features educational resources, such as a searchable Wild Bird database, activities for kids and their pets, as well as specific information on caring for birds and small animals.
Kaytee hopes that in addition to educating and connecting owners, the site forwards the cause of avian research and conservation.
